Deletion of account and personal data

To delete your account and personal data you must follow the following recommendations step by step:

• Step 1:

  You must log in to your user account either from the website or from the mobile application.

• Step 2:

  Once inside your user account you must go to the "Manage profile" section.

• Step 3:

  Within the "Manage profile" section you must go to the bottom and press the "Delete account" button.

• Step 4:

  Then you must enter your email account registered in Tumap and look for the account deletion confirmation email (This may reach your inbox or spam).

• Step 5:

  Once inside the account deletion confirmation email, you must press the "Delete account" button again.
