Itinerary
This is what you’ll find in your experience
Our experience has two departure frequencies at 8 am and 2 pm. Clients are picked up at hotels near Tayrona Park and taken to Los Mechones. If the client is in Santa Marta and wishes to include transportation, there is an additional cost (optional). -The experience begins at Los Mechones at 8 am until 11 am or from 2 pm to 6 pm, to see the sunset. -The horseback ride takes 1 hour along the river, through the forest until reaching the sea. -When you reach the sea, you will enjoy the landscape and animals of the area. The approximate duration on the beach and at the bar of the Barlovento Hotel is 2 hours. -Then, we resume the horseback ride that takes 1 hour up the river until the end of the tour where the return transportation awaits you.
