Live a unique adventure on the “Macondo in the Clouds” route and discover the magic of Minca from a whole new perspective. From dawn to dusk, you will witness breathtaking landscapes, crystal-clear waterfalls and panoramic views from the top of Cerro Kennedy. You will immerse yourself in the local culture as you explore home gardens, listen to legends around the campfire and venture on horseback through picturesque trails. This experience will take you through a day full of emotions and unforgettable moments, leaving you with memories that will last long after the sun has set over “Macondo in the Clouds.”

Itinerary
This is what you’ll find in your experience
Day 1 Pick up at 5:00 am from your hotel or place of accommodation At dawn, the fresh mountain air and birdsong will greet you as you prepare to explore the stunning surroundings of Campano. Then, at approximately 8:30 am, you venture through dense forests and winding trails where you can discover bird species endemic to the region and also enjoy a spectacular waterfall, where you can cool off and connect with the wild beauty of nature. Continuing towards the imposing Cerro Kennedy, you will be greeted by panoramic views that will take your breath away, while you learn about the fascinating history and biodiversity of the region from our expert local guides. Arrive at approximately 12:40 pm at the cozy hostel in Altos de la Sierra, where you will immerse yourself in the local culture while enjoying delicious traditional dishes and exploring a home-grown vegetable garden full of authentic flavors. In the evening, you'll relax by a campfire under the starry sky, listening to local myths and legends while sharing laughs and experiences with other travelers and the hostel hosts. Day 2 You will wake up early, around 4:30 am, to be ready for the sunrise. The day will continue with a descent to the La María farm, where the aroma of coffee will welcome you to a homemade breakfast full of flavor and tradition. Then, you will venture on an exciting horseback ride through the picturesque landscapes of Los Moros, enjoying the serenity of nature while immersing yourself in the local culture and cooling off in the crystal-clear Córdoba River. At the end of the day, you will return to Minca and later to your accommodation in Santa Marta.

🔹 The remaining amount must be paid at least one day before the service is provided.
🔹 Failure to complete full payment within the established time will result in loss of the right to receive the service.
Confirmation:
🔹 The confirmation of the reservation will include the essential details of the service: a description of the reserved services and the total price.
🔹 This confirmation will be sent to the client via email as a service confirmation document.
🔹 If the client does not receive the confirmation email within 24 hours after booking, they must contact the customer service department at [email protected].
🔹 The data stored in the computer systems of MAGIC TOUR COLOMBIA S.A.S. and its partners shall constitute sufficient proof of the reservations made by the client.
🔹 Such electronic records will have the same legal and evidential value as physical documents.

A solo tres horas a paso de mulas estamos sobre los 2700 metros sobre el nivel del mar. Pasar una noche en el hostal Altos de la Sierra en Cerro Kennedy y levantarse a ver el amanecer en un mirador de 360° y ver una cama de nubes sobre los picos de las montañas es mágico.
Sencillamente hermoso.
