Take a city bus from any point in the city. There are several routes to El Rodadero. To choose the correct one, check the "tablillas" or bus signs.
Another option is to take a taxi, which is faster but more expensive. Make sure the taxi has a meter or agree on the price before departing.
From El Rodadero to Puerto Gaira Beach:
The beach is 1.3 km from El Rodadero, specifically located on Carrera Primera with Calle 19.
You can walk, take a bus, or take a taxi from El Rodadero.

transportation To reach Puerto Gaira Beach from downtown Santa Marta by private vehicle, follow these steps:
Head to El Rodadero:
Start your journey on Carrera Cuarta with Calle 22.
Continue straight along the entire carrera, ascending the Ziruma hill, for approximately 6 kilometers.
Once in El Rodadero, go down Calle 9. A gas station will serve as a reference point to head towards Rodadero Beach.
From El Rodadero to Puerto Gaira Beach:
Locate Carrera Segunda and go up the streets until Calle 19.
Turn right towards the beach located on Carrera Primera.
