• Bring a 1.5 litre bottle of water for the first day. Magic Tour will provide you with the necessary water during the trip.

• Bring with you only what you really need for 4 days, remember that it is a long walk and if you bring less things, the walk will be easier.

• Wear comfortable clothing such as a short t-shirt for walking because the weather is hot and humid and at night it is important to wear long pants and long-sleeved sweaters to sleep because of mosquitoes or insects.

• Please note that this is an eco-friendly destination with some adaptations to accommodation, bathrooms and rest area to ensure a pleasant experience.

• During the trip, follow the guide's instructions at all times.

Tours must be paid for:

In person, only and exclusively in the offices that the company has available for this purpose and by the employees duly designated for this purpose, receiving as a guarantee of taking the tour the respective confirmation of services, via email, and may be paid in cash or by credit or debit card.

Virtually, through the company's website www.magictourcolombia.com, services can be paid for through the ePayco platform with a credit or debit card and/or PayPal. Virtually, using the payment link obtained by email, company social networks or WhatsApp from corporate cell phones. Deposits to the corporate bank accounts of MAGIC TOUR COLOMBIA SAS can only be processed through corporate emails and/or corporate cell phones by the employees duly designated for this purpose.

Installment payment plan; it is a vacation investment plan with a fixed monthly fee for the duration selected by the client within the different available options. The plan is conceived in different terms to give the opportunity to decide and schedule according to their expectations. Contributions can be made in person, at the company's offices or to the employees that the company provides for this purpose and can be made in cash or by credit or debit card, requiring the respective payment support as a guarantee; virtually, using a payment link obtained by email, company social networks or WhatsApp from corporate cell phones or through electronic transfers and/or deposits. In this type of payment schedule there is no room for the charging of any interest.

Cancellation and/or Modification without Justification by the client:

Confirmed reservations must be cancelled or modified at least two days in advance, during Colombian business hours (8:00 am – 12:00 m / 2:00 pm – 6:00 pm) Colombian local time.

Reservations cancelled and/or modified one day before will have a penalty of 20% of the total value of the tour per passenger for administrative and financial expenses, in addition to expenses already generated (tickets, transportation, food, accommodation, among others).

The client is not entitled to a refund when he or she has cancelled only 20% of the tour as part of the reservation, and/or the cancellation request is made less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance.

Passengers' failure to show up (NO SHOW) at the start of the services will incur a charge of 100% of the total value of the program.

Reservations cancelled and/or modified more than 48 hours before the service is provided will incur a penalty of 10% of the total value of the service, in addition to any expenses already incurred (tickets, transportation, food, lodging, among others).
