This is what you’ll find in your experience

The tour begins with a land transfer from the hotel to the Ciénaga Grande Tourist Center, using special transportation coordinated with operators certified by Tumap.travel. Next, the river tour starts with a relaxing ride on a luxury pontoon through the Ciénaga, while the guide shares information about the flora, fauna, and natural richness of this unique ecosystem. During the experience, we will visit the stilted villages, disembarking to interact with the locals, learn about their culture, take photographs, and purchase handmade crafts. Afterwards, we will return to the embarkation point and transfer to the town of Ciénaga to enjoy a traditional regional lunch at a local restaurant. Finally, at the end of the experience, we will return to the hotel in private transportation accompanied by the tour operator.

🔹 Full payment must be completed before departure.

🔹 For your safety, during the boat trip you must wear your life jacket at all times.
🔹 In case of loss or damage to the equipment, the client must cover the replacement costs.
🔹 It will be considered a “No Show” if the client does not arrive on the day of the experience without prior notice.
🔹 Cancellations made less than 3 days in advance are non-refundable.
🔹 In case of adverse weather conditions, the activity may be rescheduled.
🔹 If the experience is canceled due to bad weather, a 100% refund will be issued.
