This is what you’ll find in your experience
🚃We will meet at the train station to start our City Tour at 8:00 am. 📸At 8:10 am we will begin the tour to the Remedios la Bella monument, where you will have 10 minutes to take pictures and learn about the history. 📖At 8:30 am we will go to Camellón 20 de Julio, where we will provide information about its relevance. Later, we will continue to the María Montessori School, where Gabo learned to read. ✒️At 9:10 am we will begin the tour to the Gabriel García Márquez House Museum. We will learn about the history of the Nobel Prize winner, his stories in Aracataca and capture the moment with photographs (without video recording). Outside the house, you will have the opportunity to purchase souvenirs and enjoy a monologue by José Arcadio Buendía from the play "One Hundred Years of Solitude". ☕Then we will be able to enjoy a delicious coffee and a chat led by our hostess, where we will delve a little deeper into the history and magic that this place can offer us. ⛪At 11:00 am we will go to Plaza Simón Bolívar to take a photo with Gabo's sculpture and visit the San José Church, where he was baptized. 🏚️After this, at 11:30 am we will visit the Casa del Telegrafista, a museum with important literary pieces. 🍽️At 12:00 pm we will go to the restaurant to enjoy a delicious lunch and end the tour. 🚩Ending at 2:00 pm we will conclude this enriching experience, taking with us not only tangible memories, but also the literary and cultural essence of Aracataca, the land that inspired one of the greats of universal literature.
