This is what you’ll find in your experience
Start: Initial Relaxation
Position: The person is asked to lie comfortably on their back or stomach, depending on preference and the area to be massaged.
Breathing: The person is encouraged to take a few deep breaths to begin to relax. You can guide them through a couple of deep breaths to help calm the nervous system.
Gentle Massage:
Initial Movements: We begin with long, gentle movements, such as (sliding movements). Using the palms of the hands to apply light, continuous pressure.
Circular Movements: We use circular movements with the fingertips to work on areas of tension and promote blood circulation.
Completion: Disconnection and Cooling:
Final Movements: We gradually reduce the intensity of the massage and perform gentle movements to prepare the body for the end of the session.
Gentle Stretching: If appropriate, gentle stretching is performed to help release any final tension and facilitate relaxation.

Recommendations Before Massage:
Hydration:
Drink plenty of water before your session to ensure your body is well hydrated. This can help prepare your muscles and skin for the massage.
Clothes:
Wear comfortable, easy-to-remove clothing. You may need to partially undress for the massage, so choose clothing that is easy for you to manage.
Meal:
Eat something light before the massage, avoiding heavy or plentiful meals to avoid discomfort during the session.
Arrive on time:
Arrive a few minutes early to relax and mentally prepare for your massage.
Communication:
Let your therapist know about any health issues, injuries, or areas of concern. This will help your therapist tailor the massage to your specific needs.
