Policies

Reservations:

Full payment for the experience is required to secure your reservation.

Cancellation:

The client can cancel his reservation 2 weeks in advance and there will be a 30% administration fee, then 72 hours before the start of the tour there will be a 50% fee and if it is before 24 hours there will be no refund. In case of a domestic calamity, and you show proof of it, you will be given another date, with an additional charge.

Refunds:

Once the tour starts, no refunds are made.
